What is Liposuction?

Liposuction isn’t a weight loss program, though obesity surgery seems like an effective way to lose weight. Liposuction works on areas that diet and exercise don’t: waist, buttocks, thighs, calves, knees and belly. Liposuction isn’t a cure for obesity, which means people who have liposuction won’t necessarily be thin for the rest of their lives.

During liposuction, fat deposits are sucked out from the body with a tiny vacuum. This weight loss surgery could be a minor operation or major surgery, depending on how much fat is removed. Liposuction does not remove unwanted cellulite.
Liposuction is the safest cosmetic surgery
According to the Aesthetics Surgery Journal, the mortality rate for liposuction is one in 46,000. Liposuction is one of the safest cosmetic surgeries performed. The risks of liposuction are usually small. Even so, any medical procedure has risks, even getting wisdom teeth pulled. The key is deciding whether the procedure is truly necessary for one’s emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive health and wellness. If not, weight loss surgery may not be worth the risk.

Benefits of Liposuction Surgery
The chief benefit of liposuction is a thinner, more attractive body. Benefits of Liposuction could be viewed from the simple fact that people want to get rid of excessive fat and if they cant do it by way of workout or diet or any other reason what so ever, liposuction comes to their rescue. As this is a surgical method of removing fats from the body parts just like an operation, one can look better, slimmer, lighter and avoid a lot of fat related diseases and lead a healthier life.Liposuction is also versatile and can be easily adapted to the unique needs of each patient.

These are both physical and mental benefits. The physical ones include:

Firmer, toned skin

Smooth and better shaped body

Youthful looking appearance

The scars are difficult to see (designed to be hidden by swimwear/underwear)

The mental benefits include improved confidence, a boost to ones self-esteem and a better quality of life. You will look and feel so much better especially when combined with your healthy eating and exercise regime.

Completely Painless and Excellent Results

The liposuction procedure is painless, and takes less than 45 minutes to complete. Though minor discomfort is likely, you will feel more confident and look and feel much better after the surgery. Before you opt for this procedure, remember to do your research and become well informed about the advantages and disadvantages of liposuction procedure. Before the surgery, a sincere and skilled plastic surgeon will give you all the required information regarding the procedure, risk factors, duration period, and the potential outcomes that can be attained.

Cost of Liposuction Surgery
The cost of liposuction surgery may vary from case to case and the number of body parts one wants to be operated upon. Cost of Liposuction is an important factor when considering liposuction surgery. However the quality of liposuction is more important than the price of liposuction. The total cost for liposuction surgery is the sum of the non-surgical fee plus one or more surgical fees. The non-surgical fees include the cost of the operating room, nursing staff, pre-operative laboratory tests, post-operative garments and supplies. The surgical fees represent the prices for liposuction surgery of each individual area. There are a whole lot of efficient companies offering the services in Goa. The benefits of liposuction are that it lets the person get rid of the unpleasant fat without hours of burning calories at a gym or a diet plan. Also it is the best possible alternative for people who cant exercise due to other physical reasons.

Study On The Factors Leading To The Purchase Of Motorbikes

To study the consumers opinion of motor bikes in references to features like appearance, mileage, price etc, and to analyze the impact of behavioral factors of consumers on choosing particular brand of motor bike and to know what people expect from their Motorbike dealer(according to Motorbike Dealer).

The Indian two-wheeler industry has been in the limelight recently because of its impressive performance. The last few years have also seen a large quantity of two-wheelers being exported. In neighboring countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, the Indian two-wheeler manufacturers have captured the market. Even in Africa and South America Indian motorcycles have been well received. Some of the Indian manufacturers like TVS Motors and Bajaj Auto are in the process of setting up assembly and manufacturing plants. The number of models being introduced by Indian two-wheeler manufacturers every year is also high.It wasnt an easy year for the two wheeler industry. Rising interest rates and the economic slowdown resulted in delayed consumer decision making and a rise in loan defaults. Over the course of the year, banks withdrew financing facilities from satellite towns. The share of financing, which had increased rapidly to 50-60 per cent of the total retail sales by early 2007, has now come down to below 30 per cent. This came as a major setback for the two-wheeler industry.Ongoing government investments very clearly emphasis inclusive growth through improved connectivity, job-creation and improving quality of life. The rural road outlay has been upped by close to 60 per cent, the budget for the Urban Renewal Mission has been hiked by 87 per cent, and fund allocation to the ongoing National Highways program has been upped by 23 percent. Importantly, India has added fresh impetus to its flagship job creation program for rural India: the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. During 2008-09, this scheme, which provides 100 guaranteed days of work a day for the countrys rural poor, provided employment opportunities to more than 44 million households last year; a year ago, 33 million households were covered.

Auto market is one of the largest segments in world trade. Changing models, improving fuel efficiency, cutting costs and enhancing user comfort without compromising quality are the most important challenges of the auto industry in a fast globalizing world. Global demand for motorcycles is expected to advance to 6% annually to 59 million units by 2011 and in that, Asia and other major developing countries will be the biggest contributors. In fact India has seen a drastic change in the two wheeler segment after liberalization, as before 1991 scooter segment was the market leader, and very limited companies in the Indian market, which led to limited option for the consumers and also the purchasing power of Indian citizens was less but over the time with increase in the purchasing power of people and changes in social, cultural and others factors, people now have moved to motorcycle, which led to the increase of its market share to 80%1 in the two wheeler segment. Currently this segment is dynamic and lots of changes are expected to meet the demand of consumer. This project focuses on the current needs of the consumers, and what factors they consider before purchasing a motorcycle e.g. (Power, Acceleration, Style, Mileage, Price, Re-Sale value, finance etc). This will be helpful for the companies to design their product and services accordingly. It also focuses on characteristics of the customer e.g. (age, occupation, Income, region etc.), which will be helpful for the companies in targeting the segment.

The project aims to find out the various factors influencing the consumer decision while making a purchase of a motor bike. The objective of the study is to know consumers opinion of their motor bikes regarding its features like appearance, mileage, price etc, to analyze the impact of behavioural factors of consumers on choosing particular brand of motor bike and To know what people expect from their Motorbike dealer(According to Motorbike Dealer) descriptive research was used. Both Primary as well as Secondary data was collected to know more about motorbikes and consumer preference. A structured Questionnaire was administered on 100 respondents.

From our study, we find that motorbikes are highest buying trends in auto industry because it is convenient transportation mode. We conclude the following factor:

Low income families prefer acquiring motorbikes.

Mostly age group 20 to 25 years and students wants to prefer purchase a bike.

Most of people prefer Honda motor cycle because easy availability of mechanics, spare parts, resale value, millage, good performance, and pickup.

Most of people influence to acquire motorbikes from getting information from friends and relatives, and sale representative.

Iit-jee Preparation Study Long Study Wrong

The above phrase quite rightly summarizes the quandary innumerable students all across India find themselves in while preparing for IIT-JEE/AIEEE examinations. Most students who embark on IIT-JEE preparation often ask themselves the question: how long should I study for IIT-JEE each day. And the clichd response they get each time is: the more the better. However in reality, if you need to keep in mind that only those students succeed who manage to balance all aspects of their life together.

Before I delve deeper into the debate on the number of hours to be put for IIT-JEE preparation, let me give you a brief overview of the exam first. IIT-JEE refers to the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by all the seven IITs and a few affiliated institutions that consider JEE scores for admission. In the present edition of JEE, there will be two question papers, each of three hours duration. Both question papers would consist of three separate sections in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Questions in these papers will be of objective type, which are to be answered on a specially designed machine-gradable sheet (ORS Optical Response Sheet) using HB pencils only. Incorrect answers carry negative marks.

Moreover, as an engineering aspirant, you need to keep in mind that each year more than 4 lakh students prepare for IIT-JEE out of which only 7000 get selected. Since a student gets only two chances (first time in class XII and one after that) to take the JEE, it is imperative that you get through in your first attempt by adopting a systematic approach.

Those who observe the IIT-JEE test preparation market in India quite closely would tell you that half of the students usually give-up on their IIT-JEE preparations mid-way as they only rely on written materials and books for their preparation. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are subjects that appear as dry and pedantic to a large section of the students and certain complex concepts appear incomprehensible at times. I personally have seen many students quit the science stream altogether as they are unable to sustain their interest in the science subjects. But the scenario has changed for the better. Some institutes have solved this problem by offering subject wise DVDs that explain each chapter in detail through 3D animations, real life illustrations and laboratory demonstrations that prove immensely useful for IIT-JEE preparation.

These moving videos leave an indelible impact on the minds of students and they help students remember the finer aspects of a concept for life through these DVDs. If you feel the need for more personalized guidance for IIT-JEE then these DVDs would surely help you and there is no harm in trying them out since you have already spent a lot of money on availing expensive training from a coaching institute. Who knows, these DVDs may prove to be your visa to IIT.
